The weekend was the Wilderness Survival campout for the troop. A drive up to Texoma, a quick sprint across the water and we were ‘stranded’ on our own island.
Shelters were built, explorations made, meals eaten and fun was had. By most accounts it was the best campout yet this year despite sunburns and an extremely chilly night with minimal gear. But nothing a good fire and good company can’t solve.
