Of course our Christmas was just as unusual as everything else this year. Nancy couldn’t comprehend the day with fewer than 20 people, so that was an adjustment. A mild, restful day, Christmas mass on tv, naps, and a gourmet family dinner.
2020 is the year, but also denotes perfect vision. During this coming year let us open our eyes and see clearly. Let us see the joy in living and what we truly cherish and hold dear. As we have missed what we treasure, let us have the vision to find the path back to a normal and joyful life without fear and panic and replace them with fun, laughter, and an appreciation for all that life holds for us.
